Saturday 7th July: Wellington Statue – East End of Princes Street

Before arriving in the UK Trump is attending the NATO summit in Brussels. NATO remains a nuclear alliance with a policy of first strike use of nuclear weapons. On 7 July there is a mass demo in Brussels. This event is to:
1. Assemble in solidarity with the Brussels demonstration
2. To leaflet and mobilise for the protests around Trump’s visit on 13th and 14th July
3. Celebrate the one year anniversary of the ratification of the UN nuclear ban treaty.

Bring placards, banners, songs – we’ll have leaflets for distribution and petitions for signing.
